The handle(26mm thick) is SOLID STAG HORN (Sambar Deer, NOT a protected species) , fitted to the tang. 10mm of the handle towards the guard is made of 2 layers rich wood and 2 layers bone. In fact, the knife you receive will be a one of a kind, as no 2 blades can ever be identical. Comes with a THICK solid cow hide sheath which may fit to your belt. Please note, the sheath alone is designed for this knife and is 1 piece leather (not reconstituted leather) and retails over $30.
