The knife is constructed with 180 layers of AIS 1084 (consists of high carbon) steel and AIS 1250 (low carbon steel).  The handle(31mm thick) is SOLID STAG HORN , fitted to the tang. 15mm of the handle towards the guard and pommel is made of 2 layers rich wood and 2 layers brass.  In fact, the knife you receive will be a one of a kind, as no 2 blades can ever be identical.  Comes with a THICK solid cow hide sheath which may fit to your belt.  Please note, the sheath alone is designed for this knife and is 1 piece leather (not reconstituted leather) and retails over $40.
